What you will do

• Lead new product development for assigned categories from the brainstorming phase through to mass production.
• Manage and mentor a team of product developers, providing guidance on projects and supporting professional growth.
• Define product specifications by analyzing consumer needs and identifying market white spaces.
• Collaborate with Consumer Insights and quality organizations to iterate designs and ensure 5-star user experiences.
• Oversee product cost structures and collaborate with supply chain teams on sourcing strategies.
• Direct the creation of go-to-market collateral and post-purchase support materials.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, or human factors engineering, preferably in consumer goods.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hiring, managing, and goal-setting for team members at various professional levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presenting to executive leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA
