Lead Product Manager (AI): Build and ship agentic GenAI products integrated into media and content workflows, with an accent on technical delivery, architecture, and responsible AI evaluation. Location: Hybrid (office minimum 4 days per week)

Salary: USD 150,000 - USD 190,000 yearly

What you will do

• Build rapid prototypes (web apps, scripts, automations, proof-of-concepts) to validate GenAI-driven media and content workflows
• Write and review production-quality code across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs, data integrations) with maintainability, observability, and secure-by-design practices
• Design and implement integrations with internal platforms and external vendor APIs (LLMs, image/video generation, speech, vector databases, orchestration tools)
• Translate ambiguous problems into technical approaches (architecture diagrams, data flows, API contracts, demoable increments)
• Evaluate model/system tradeoffs (quality, latency, cost, privacy, IP risk, vendor constraints) and implement mitigations (guardrails, caching, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop)
• Harden prototypes into pilot/production services with automated tests, CI/CD, monitoring, and documentation; lead small delivery pods (2–5 builders) when needed

Requirements

• 12+ years building software with hands-on coding experience, including shipping customer-facing or internal products to production
• End-to-end ownership from prototype to productionize and operate services with real users
• Hands-on experience integrating and evaluating GenAI capabilities (LLMs, image/video generation, speech) via APIs/SDKs, including prompt/tool orchestration and evaluation techniques
• Working proficiency with full-stack technologies: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, REST/GraphQL, and SQL or NoSQL data stores
• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into working software, clear interfaces, and practical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
• Hybrid schedule: contribute from the office a minimum of four days per week (company may change in-office requirements)
