TL;DR

Business Development Partner (Fintech): Building strong relationships with Independent RIA firms and driving custodial services transitions to the TradePMR platform with an accent on product demonstrations and CRM management. Focus on expanding the RIA client base, optimizing sales processes via HubSpot, and providing technical product expertise to prospects.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL, Clearwater, FL, or Westlake, TX with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $107,000 - $160,000 USD (depending on location zone)

What you will do

  • Conduct compelling and informative demonstrations of the Fusion custodial services platform to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
  • Manage the HubSpot CRM system, including client data input and sales process automation.
  • Provide essential support to the sales team via scheduling and preparation of sales collateral.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and collaborate with product development to share client insights.
  • Generate performance reports for demo and sales activity to drive company growth.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of custodial services and the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be based in the US (specifically Chicago, Clearwater, or Westlake).
