Salary: Base $75,000 - $85,000 + $50,000 target variable compensation.

What you will do
- Analyze account data to identify low-utilization clinics and implement targeted outreach to increase product reliance.
- Coach audiologists and office managers on presenting loan options to overcome price objections and increase adoption rates.
- Maintain high-frequency touchpoints with key stakeholders to ensure brand preference as the primary funding partner.
- Manage the pipeline of funded loan applications from submission to completion for a seamless experience.
- Deliver virtual training and webinars on new product features, promotional rates, and application best practices.
- Monitor and report on weekly and monthly funded volume metrics to forecast growth and identify trends.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, or FinTech (major plus).
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to navigate the healthcare provider patient journey.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; the company is unable to sponsor or take over employment visas.
