Salary: $55,300 - $76,075

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for client trading of Equity, ETF, Mutual Fund, Options, and Fixed Income securities.
• Explain complex investment concepts to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Provide high-quality service for account opening, asset movement, and maintenance.
• Educate customers on the financial solutions and tools available through hirify.global.
• Resolve client problems independently while navigating multiple internal systems and communication modes.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 certifications required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred.
• 2+ years of financial customer service experience.
• 1+ years of direct trading experience.
• Strong understanding of current financial markets and retirement account operations.

Nice to have

• Previous call center experience.
• Experience handling fixed incomes, corporate actions, and options.
• Ability to operate multiple technology platforms simultaneously.
