What you will do

• Drive the entire M&A process, including inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, and deal negotiations.
• Manage a comprehensive due diligence process involving several internal functions.
• Apply rigorous financial and valuation acumen to assess strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities.
• Prepare written narratives and presentations for business unit leaders and senior corporate executives.
• Coordinate with the Integration team on post-deal planning and execution.
• Leverage AI and cutting-edge technologies to optimize deal evaluation and market intelligence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in corporate development, venture capital/private equity, or investment banking.
• MBA or equivalent professional experience is desired.
• Excellent valuation and analytical skills with a strong business sense.
• Direct experience managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Mountain View, California
