Salary: $122,500 – $152,500 per year

What you will do
- Provide overall leadership for plant operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing performance.
- Develop and maintain a site culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Drive a world-class safety culture ensuring strict compliance with EHS, PSM, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage plant budgets, capital expenditures, staffing plans, and operational resources.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing or chemical plant operations.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a process manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and PSM regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership presence with a proven ability to build teams and improve organizational culture.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in St. Louis, US.
Nice to have
- Experience leading operations in a PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing facility.
- Six Sigma, Lean, or other operational excellence certifications.
- Experience managing capital projects, turnarounds, and major operational improvement programs.
- Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
