• Lead manufacturing and labeling engineering teams to meet project deadlines and operational metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in EHS, quality, cost, and service.
• Provide technical leadership and validation guidance for new product development and existing product lines.
• Integrate advanced technologies and automation solutions to enhance manufacturing and packaging efficiency.
• Coach and develop engineering staff to support departmental growth.
• Implement strategic capital and operational plans for the engineering department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 7 years of combined experience in managing Engineering or Technical Services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.
