Compensation: $100K – $120K + Equity

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end technical onboarding and migration process for new hosts, from contract signing to going live.
• Develop host-specific integration solutions using APIs, webhooks, and scripting.
• Lead complex data migration projects from external platforms while ensuring total data integrity.
• Create and maintain scalable onboarding playbooks, technical documentation, and SOPs to reduce time-to-live.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and eliminate recurring technical blockers.
• Partner with Success Managers to ensure a seamless and confident handoff after host activation.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or integration roles, preferably in SaaS or marketplaces.
• Strong technical proficiency in APIs, webhooks, data transformation, and scripting (Python, JS or similar).
• Proven experience executing clean and accurate data migrations between platforms.
• Ability to explain complex technical integrations to non-technical clients clearly and confidently.
• Strong project management skills to track multiple simultaneous implementations.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Austin, Texas

Nice to have

• Experience working with two-sided marketplaces or platform businesses.
• Familiarity with the fitness, wellness, or event-based industries.
• Experience building internal automation using tools like Zapier or Airtable.
