What you will do

• Own the end-to-end migrations function, leading high-complexity enterprise migrations across 30+ EMR systems.
• Design and implement scalable operational systems, including standardized data mapping guides and QA checklists.
• Manage and optimize team KPI dashboards focusing on timeliness, accuracy, and throughput.
• Coach and develop direct reports, creating clear growth paths and increasing team autonomy.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to translate migration patterns and provider feedback into product requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing operational systems from scratch in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Technical proficiency in data operations, specifically data mapping, validation, and ETL.
• Experience leading implementation or migration teams within SaaS, healthtech, or EMR vendors.
• Demonstrated track record of people management, providing developmental feedback and coaching.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Clinical) without direct authority.
• Must be based in the United States.
