What you will do

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume accounts payable invoices.
• Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
• Manage the AP inbox and serve as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries.
• Drive process improvements for accounts payable in accordance with SOX compliance requirements.
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Investigate and resolve problems associated with invoice processing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, including high-volume environments (2,000+ invoices/month).
• Must be based in Everett, WA.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed based on workflow and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
