What you will do

• Process and record accounts receivable transactions, including payment application and balance tracking.
• Prepare, review, and distribute invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Manage and process EDI Advance Ship Notices and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with account reconciliations.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve payment or billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AP and Payroll, to ensure accurate financial processing.

Requirements

• 1+ year of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
