What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic partner marketing programs to drive channel growth and revenue impact.
  • Create scalable, repeatable co-marketing frameworks to improve partner activation and pipeline contribution.
  • Drive integrated go-to-market campaigns across the partner ecosystem, including both partner-led and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Manage budget allocation by partner segment to maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Define and track KPIs to optimize marketing-sourced and influenced performance across all programs.
  • Mentor junior team members and establish standards for partner content development and brand alignment.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of partner marketing experience within a channel ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional partner GTM programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong expertise in partner pipeline growth strategy, including co-sell and co-marketing motions.
  • Experience executing demand generation programs via seller incentives, events, webinars, and digital activation.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation tools for campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Analytical skills to define KPIs and drive data-informed improvements to program performance.

  • Experience in Telecommunications, collaboration, or UCaaS partner ecosystems.
