What you will do

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to validate system updates and enhancements prior to deployment.
• Create and enhance reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance and key business metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Continuously expand knowledge of business processes and tools to support evolving operational needs.
