What you will do

  • Secure and maintain service accounts and repair work to meet annual revenue goals.
  • Manage relationships with Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned Northern New Jersey territory.
  • Develop short- and long-term capital plans to address customer building needs.
  • Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs using specialized estimating software.
  • Create service contract bids, including reviewing blueprints and surveying equipment.
  • Perform consistent follow-up with customers on all service and repair proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Northern New Jersey.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings or blueprints.
