What you will do

• Design and maintain complex multi-year financial models across various channels, products, and business units.
• Support long-range planning (LRP), annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and detailed scenario analysis.
• Develop and enhance Pigment applications, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Coordinate integration efforts between EPM tools and platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and Workday.
• Establish and promote enterprise-wide best practices for financial modeling, efficiency, and auditability.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Technology teams to align financial models with business drivers.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or financial systems.
• Hands-on expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management platforms (Pigment preferred, Anaplan or similar acceptable).
• Solid understanding of financial systems, data flows, and integrations.
• Must be based in the USA to support nationwide remote operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to operate independently.

Nice to have

• Experience participating in a full FP&A or EPM system implementation.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, or large-scale enterprise data platforms.
• Background in multi-channel or multi-line-of-business modeling.
• Experience with driver-based planning or advanced analytics.
