Corporate Strategy Manager

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States

Salary: $169,100–$250,000 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for candidates in the United States.

hirify.global is a technology company whose Corporate Strategy team supports strategic direction, portfolio decisions, business planning, and investment choices across the organization.

What you will do

• Lead strategic frameworks, hypothesis trees, storylines, and executive-ready recommendations for complex technology and portfolio topics.
• Develop long-term business plans covering opportunity size, economics, monetization models, costs, risks, and operational plans.
• Build business models and forecasts for one-to-five-year horizons and support long-term planning across business units.
• Evaluate and prioritize strategic investments, pressure-test assumptions, and benchmark insights against industry standards.
• Advise executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with business unit, product, and senior functional leaders to align strategy with technology roadmaps and organizational goals.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, or product strategy, including hands-on business strategy experience.
• Experience developing business plans, TAM analyses, investment theses, and executive narratives in emerging technology domains.
• Strong financial modeling and business case development capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of market analysis, including TAM, segmentation, competitive dynamics, and value chain analysis.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems, build structured recommendations, and work effectively with senior stakeholders under tight timelines.
• MBA strongly preferred; an advanced technical or business degree is a plus.
