What you will do

• Perform outbound calls using scripts and campaigns to drive dealership sales.
• Schedule sales and service appointments for dealerships across the U.S.
• Conduct warm transfers of leads to internal teams.
• Maintain and update accurate customer records within the CRM after every call.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and a confident phone presence.
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, computer with webcam, and wired headset.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week within the Eastern Time zone (Atlanta, GA).
