Location: Must be based in the USA (Austin, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle). Work model is "default together", requiring office attendance 4+ days per week.

What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with SMC-focused partners to advance shared growth objectives.
- Define and execute end-to-end partner-led co-marketing strategies to drive acquisition of mid-market advertisers.
- Design and launch scalable initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and playbooks.
- Optimize partner programs for advertiser acquisition and retention using data and performance insights.
- Collaborate with regional marketing and internal creative teams to deliver high-quality enablement materials.
- Influence go-to-market strategy through market insights and direct partner engagement.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, growth marketing, or related roles.
- Minimum 2 years of specific experience in partner marketing.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including measurement partners and technology platforms.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a KPI-driven environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from assigned US offices.
Nice to have
- Masters degree, MBA, or a degree in engineering, mathematics, or economics.
- Direct experience in the Ads industry.
- Passion for structured problem solving and hypothesis testing.
