What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals and product adoption.
  • Own the brand positioning, messaging, and category narrative within the healthcare technology landscape.
  • Build and scale multi-channel demand generation programs across digital, field, ABM, and content marketing.
  • Translate complex healthcare data and interoperability concepts into compelling market-facing narratives.
  • Lead marketing operations and tooling strategy using HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, and AI-enabled systems.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, or digital health.
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise across product marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, buyer personas, and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with modern marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow).
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing healthcare data platforms, APIs, or interoperability solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex B2B buying motions.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools, agentic workflows, and modern GTM automation.
