Senior Client Account Manager (App Dev): Managing and growing strategic partnerships with mobile app developers to drive revenue via Reddit's platform with an accent on campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY (required 1-2 days per week in office)

Salary: $135,100 - $189,200 USD (base)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive measurable business outcomes for mobile app developers.
  • Nurture and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners and agencies to increase year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Identify and pitch upsell opportunities by analyzing performance data and market trends.
  • Consult clients on full-funnel objectives, specifically mobile app marketing and media planning.
  • Collaborate with Product and Ad Ops teams to resolve technical hurdles and influence the native ads product roadmap.
  • Mentor team members and represent client needs to internal cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
  • Deep expertise in mobile apps, User Acquisition (UA) funnels, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
  • Proven track record of growing client spend through strategic upselling.
  • Strong understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and the traditional marketing ecosystem.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in New York City and able to work in the office 1-2 days per week.
