What you will do

  • Execute a data-driven sales strategy to acquire new enterprise and mid-market customers across the Benelux market.
  • Proactively build and manage a healthy sales pipeline via outbound and inbound channels including calls, emails, and events.
  • Conduct consultative meetings and workshops focused on value-based outcomes like cost reduction and scalability.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial qualification through negotiation and final handover.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to refine account plans and ensure customer success.
  • Monitor industry trends in ITSM, SIAM, and managed services to provide feedback to leadership and product teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, managed services, service integration, ITSM, or iPaaS environments.
  • Proven track record in B2B consultative sales of complex services or managed solutions to senior IT buyers.
  • Fluent, professional-level written and spoken Dutch and English are strictly required.
  • Ability to maintain deal velocity and forecast accuracy within enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience or a professional network within Banking, Pharma, Retail, or Insurance in Benelux is a major advantage.
