Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new customer acquisition and expansion within the Mid-Market segment with an accent on full-cycle sales, outbound prospecting, and technical stakeholder management. Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Run high-quality discovery calls to uncover business outcomes and technical requirements.
- Deliver live demos and tailored storytelling to guide customers through evaluation.
- Navigate complex commercial-stage requirements including security, legal, and procurement.
- Forecast accurately and maintain high-velocity execution to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Partner with Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to provide customer insights.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of closing experience in a full-cycle quota-carrying role.
- Fluency in English and Polish is required.
- Experience selling to technical buyer personas such as CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, or VP Product.
- Demonstrated ability to run multi-threaded deals and influence complex organizational structures.
- Strong outbound discipline and pipeline creativity.
- Hands-on orientation with AI tools to improve personal workflow and demonstrate modern work patterns.
Nice to have
- Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models.
- Prior exposure to developer tooling, APIs, data, infrastructure, or AI products.
- Experience moving upmarket from commercial to mid-market segments.
- Fluency in Ukrainian.
