TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new customer acquisition and expansion within the Mid-Market segment with an accent on full-cycle sales, outbound prospecting, and technical stakeholder management. Focus on building pipeline, delivering tailored product demos, and navigating complex commercial requirements for AI-enabled workspace solutions.

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Run high-quality discovery calls to uncover business outcomes and technical requirements.
  • Deliver live demos and tailored storytelling to guide customers through evaluation.
  • Navigate complex commercial-stage requirements including security, legal, and procurement.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain high-velocity execution to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Partner with Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to provide customer insights.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of closing experience in a full-cycle quota-carrying role.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
  • Experience selling to technical buyer personas such as CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, or VP Product.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multi-threaded deals and influence complex organizational structures.
  • Strong outbound discipline and pipeline creativity.
  • Hands-on orientation with AI tools to improve personal workflow and demonstrate modern work patterns.

Nice to have

  • Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models.
  • Prior exposure to developer tooling, APIs, data, infrastructure, or AI products.
  • Experience moving upmarket from commercial to mid-market segments.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian.
