Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote, or Hybrid if located within 30 miles of Cranberry, PA)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team consisting of 3 managers and 30 account management professionals.
• Own and optimize customer retention, renewal execution, and strategic expansion to drive revenue growth.
• Establish data-driven routines to monitor customer health and proactively mitigate churn risk.
• Build a consistent operating rhythm to improve forecast accuracy, accountability, and data transparency.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to align GTM strategy and identify upsell opportunities.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency and generate actionable customer insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• 7+ years in leadership roles managing renewals, account management, or existing business sales.
• Proven track record of transforming account management organizations and driving predictable renewal attainment.
• Deep command of upsell, cross-sell, churn risk, and quota-based revenue motions.
• Experience with SaaS, EDI, B2B commerce, eCommerce, or supply chain solutions (ERP preferred).
