What you will do

• Resolve membership and billing discrepancies via phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Process and maintain membership data while managing multiple production-oriented tasks.
• Perform billing, accounts receivable, and reconciliation activities.
• Create and distribute membership and billing communications to clients and members.
• Ensure acceptable service levels, metrics, and performance guarantees are met.
• Conduct research to ensure full resolution of billing and enrollment issues.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Based in Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of related progressive experience in billing, enrollment, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong financial aptitude, basic accounting knowledge, and 10-key data entry skills.

Nice to have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
