What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for new patients via phone and email to guide them through enrollment.
• Manage high-volume registration tasks, including collecting insurance details and ID cards.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for program participation.
• Set up and maintain patient charts in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Proactively conduct outreach to ensure patients complete all required onboarding steps.
• Provide feedback to internal product and engineering teams to improve operational tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• At least two years of inbound phone experience in a healthcare or high-volume customer service setting.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks independently while meeting enrollment targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic approach.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Google Workspace and EMR platforms.
• Ability to remain professional and calm while assisting patients with technical hurdles.
