TL;DR

Customer Engagement Advocate (Healthcare): Navigating members through the surgical continuum and coordinating specialized care with an accent on high-quality relationship building and service value communication. Focus on educating members on surgery processes, managing provider selection, and ensuring seamless care coordination.

Location: 100% onsite in Dallas, TX (hybrid possibility based on performance)

Salary: Starting at $20.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Engage and educate new and existing members on surgery offerings and clearly articulate benefits.
  • Coordinate member appointments and travel while assisting with venue selection.
  • Assist members with provider selection.
  • Resolve and document inquiries and route issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle highly sensitive information according to Personal Protected Information (PPI) requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social services, or public health preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, service centers, or sales enablement.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
