What you will do

• Engage customers to proactively resolve issues impacting account growth and retention.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and SMS from clinics, medical staff, and patients.
• Provide detailed information regarding technology, products, costs, billing, and insurance coverage.
• Maintain precise documentation of all communications and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with physicians and medical personnel to obtain critical reimbursement information.
• Manage high-volume call queues, averaging 20-30 inbound and 40-50 outbound calls daily.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior client-facing experience.
• Background in Inside Sales or Customer Service within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate complex workflows.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in the United States (as indicated by company benefits and structure).
