Salary: $99,000 – $225,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop advanced systems across multiple defense domains using digital engineering and MBSE.
• Create and integrate interdisciplinary digital models throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform systems engineering analysis, requirements capture, and architecture development for DoD systems.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and reports while participating in execution and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior officials to deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor and shape the growth of other engineers on the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience specifically in the defense industry.
• Experience with digital engineering tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, and DOORS.
• Knowledge of MBSE concepts and SysML for requirements, specifications, and system architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dassault 3DS, MATLAB, STK, or CAD tools.
• Knowledge of MOSA techniques and SOSA standards.
• Experience in DoD aerospace program acquisition offices.
• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• INCOSE ASEP or SysML OCSMP certifications.
