Focus on leading requirements engineering, performing systems integration in SOA environments, and executing strategic engineering assessments for national security operations.

Location: Springfield, VA. Active TS/SCI with Poly required.

What you will do

• Guide engineers in systems integration, reliability, and analysis across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency programs.
• Support systems engineering activities across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises enterprise environments.
• Translate mission and customer requirements into technical solutions and system capabilities.
• Conduct integration activities within large-scale System of Systems and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments.
• Lead Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Trade Studies, and strategic engineering assessments.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level contractor systems engineers.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Systems Engineering, CS, IT, or related).
• 12+ years of experience in systems engineering or DoD/IC acquisition processes.
• Deep knowledge of NSG/ASG and NRO enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating cloud, hybrid, and on-premises enterprise systems.
• Proven experience supporting engineering planning and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering tools.
• INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, or GIS.
• Experience with Software Development Frameworks.
