What you will do

• Define and oversee the annual technical roadmap for Systems and Infrastructure engineering teams.
• Automate the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle using API-driven approaches to eliminate manual toil.
• Lead the internal incident response framework, conducting blameless post-mortems and driving corrective actions.
• Serve as the lead technical liaison for office buildouts and global connectivity standards.
• Review and vet architecture designs for Okta workflows, MDM policies, and network security.
• Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with critical SaaS vendors and ISPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Engineering, including 3+ years in a formal leadership/management role.
• Must have experience working in a 100% cloud-native environment with no on-prem footprint.
• Expert-level experience with Okta (SAML, SCIM, OIDC, Workflows), Google Workspace, and Microsoft O365.
• Deep knowledge of MDM systems (Jamf, Intune) and networking stacks (Meraki, Verkada).
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, Bash, and APIs.
