What you will do

• Provide expert advice on hiring, performance management, discharge, and employment disputes/wrongful termination claims.
• Manage litigation, oversee employee form agreements, and supervise outside counsel.
• Draft and maintain global employment policies, including ethics, anti-corruption, and anti-harassment.
• Conduct training across all geographies and liaise with local counsel.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regional legal requirements.
• Support the HR team with operational guidance and process training.

Requirements

• Law degree and current license to practice in California or Washington State.
• Minimum of 5 years of law firm or equivalent in-house experience.
• Demonstrated experience in international employment law.
• Superior writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to act as a trusted business partner.
