Paralegal (AI/SaaS)

What you will do

• Review, manage, track, and support negotiations for customer and vendor agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and amendments.
• Maintain contract records, reporting, and workflows in CLM systems and DocuSign.
• Update contract templates and playbooks while ensuring NDA reviews follow company policies.
• Maintain corporate records for U.S. and international subsidiaries, including board minutes, resolutions, and signatory updates.
• Coordinate with external counsel on entity formation, registrations, compliance filings, intellectual property records, and filings.
• Support corporate diligence, litigation matters, compliance rollouts, and other legal projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a contract manager or paralegal.
• Strong understanding of contract management and corporate governance.
• Experience supporting international entities and coordinating with external counsel.
• Proficiency with CLM tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, DocuSign, or similar systems.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and ability to manage competing deadlines independently.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

• In-house experience at a technology or SaaS company.
• Familiarity with SaaS and AI contracting considerations.
