What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate production workers on assigned shifts to ensure daily targets are met.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to optimize output.
• Ensure strict adherence to company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records and report key performance metrics.
• Train new employees and evaluate the performance of production staff.
• Drive efficiency through 5S principles and continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Kaizen.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in a production setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting software such as ERP or MES.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions and use basic measurement tools.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Manteno, Illinois.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
