What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing process engineering team to support critical manufacturing and product performance requirements.
• Establish quantifiable manufacturing readiness expectations for process capability, yield performance, and stability.
• Partner with Product Development, Equipment Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive design-for-manufacturability.
• Develop and execute process strategies to enable predictable yield and throughput using CTF/CTQ and consistency metrics.
• Lead structured root cause investigations to resolve yield excursions and reliability risks.
• Implement robust process control strategies including SPC, DOE, DFSS, and FMEA monitoring frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in process engineering within advanced tech manufacturing (semiconductors, photonics, optics, or display industries).
• Expertise in developing and optimizing complex manufacturing processes, including variation reduction and yield improvement.
• Proven ability to manage and lead high-performing technical engineering teams.
• BS/MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent Engineering.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Plantation, Florida for fully onsite work.

• Strong application of data-driven methodologies (DOE, DFSS, SPC, FMEA) to improve process stability.
• Demonstrated success in implementing corrective actions for yield excursions and reliability risks.
