Salary: $100,000 - 120,000 CAD yearly

What you will do

  • Deliver Sales Operations initiatives by building project plans, timelines, and coordinating across Sales, Data, Marketing, and Technology teams.
  • Drive adoption and ongoing optimization of core sales tools including Salesforce, Gong, and Seismic.
  • Document and maintain global sales processes and standards to reduce duplication and improve efficiency across regions.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales Ops and Data teams to translate business requirements into reporting and validated insights.
  • Support the preparation of key performance reporting and assist with new starter onboarding and training.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools such as Gong or 6sense.
  • Experience with BI tools including Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Toronto office according to the hybrid model.
