What you will do

• Build and iterate on the company-wide AI enablement program, including onboarding, education, and the AI Champions initiative.
• Co-create AI use cases and run hands-on sessions with business teams to build durable internal capabilities.
• Develop training content on prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and LLM fundamentals for non-technical audiences.
• Own the end-to-end intake and evaluation process for new AI tools, connectors, and integrations.
• Maintain the Global SaaS AI Matrix and coordinate BAA execution with IT, Security, and Legal.
• Define and track adoption metrics, reporting on business impact and security alignment to leadership.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in technical program management, enablement, or IT with a focus on technology adoption.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) and prompt engineering.
• Must be based in San Francisco to work from the SF Office (Hybrid).
• Experience with data handling in regulated environments; HIPAA experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to design, launch, and iterate on multi-stakeholder programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), agentic AI architectures, or enterprise AI connector governance.
• Experience managing an internal community of practice or AI Champions program.
• Background in IT Operations, Security, or enterprise SaaS governance.
• Experience with Anthropic enterprise tooling (Claude CoWork, Claude Projects).
