Location: Remote within Canada (requires 25% travel to company onsite for eligibility)

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 CAD per year + 15% Bonus

What you will do

• Translate strategy and OKRs into coordinated execution plans to deliver measurable customer and business value.
• Lead cross-team initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, and platform capabilities.
• Utilize AI-driven analytics to surface risks, detect bottlenecks, and generate proactive recommendations.
• Facilitate alignment between senior product, design, and engineering leaders to make trade-offs visible and decisions explicit.
• Coach teams on healthy operating rhythms and data-driven practices to balance autonomy with alignment.
• Contribute to the evolution of shared tools, processes, and frameworks to amplify impact across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex software programs (SaaS, large systems) in TPM/EPM roles.
• 3+ years of experience driving multi-team initiatives across product, platform, or infrastructure.
• Technical fluency in modern software systems, including APIs, system architectures, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with program execution tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Understanding of applied AI concepts and comfort using AI tools for analysis and documentation.
• Awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices in engineering environments.
