Salary: $65K – $100K (Typical range), OTE starting at $91,500

What you will do
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to recommend tailored insurance solutions based on customer needs.
- Convert high-intent leads into customers using consultative sales techniques to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Clearly communicate the value of ’s insurance products and guide customers through the process to bind a policy.
- Partner cross-functionally with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Leverage company-provided qualified leads and maintain consistent follow-up within the CRM and telephone software.
Requirements
- Active P&C license in your current state of residence.
- At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Must be based in one of the 30 eligible US states (AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, and WI).
- Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding performance targets.
- Availability for CST shifts (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and rotating Saturday shifts every 4–6 weeks.
