What you will do

• Perform technical installation, equipment assembly, and software configuration for assigned product deployments.
• Conduct customer training on installed hardware and software to ensure successful adoption and usage.
• Coordinate with the Implementation Team to develop and execute detailed go-live plans.
• Ensure all installation activities maintain strict compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, FDA, and MDR.
• Document technical installation issues and recommend improvements to procedures and product instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in technical installation or field service within a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, MDR).
• Background in medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to meet credentialing requirements for medical facilities.
