What you will do

  • Lead technical design teams across multi-disciplinary and multi-site development programs.
  • Develop technical action plans and align priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify technical risks early and propose solutions regarding cost, timing, and requirements.
  • Design, build, and test prototypes to evaluate and characterize product performance.
  • Collaborate with experts to implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in product development and mechanical design.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA and ISO regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks and other engineering design tools.
  • Experience with high-volume manufacturing, injection molding, and automation processes.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and solving complex engineering challenges.
