What you will do

  • Perform routine testing, calibration, mechanical servicing, and electrical troubleshooting for hirify.global equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using structured, practical reasoning and initiative.
  • Manage spare parts stock to ensure rapid response to emergency call-outs.
  • Deliver professional client experiences and identify commercial opportunities for service contract sales.
  • Generate high-quality technical service records and validation reports within designated timeframes.
  • Collaborate with internal Service, Technical, and Management teams while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience managing individual workloads as a self-starter in a field-based role.
  • Strong capability in mechanical servicing and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Professional interpersonal skills and a courteous demeanor for client interaction.
  • Ability to manage dynamic schedules to guarantee swift responses to customer inquiries.
  • Location: Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
