Payroll Coordinator (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Coordinate all payroll activities with the outsourced provider (ADP), including starters, leavers, and salary changes.
• Independently calculate and validate payroll outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage company fleet records and calculate Benefit-in-Kind (BIK) data for payroll reporting.
• Administer employee benefits platforms, pensions, and the Reward and Recognition system.
• Process HR-related invoices in SAP, ensuring correct coding and cost allocation.
• Prepare payroll sign-off reports for the Senior Director and Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight payroll deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work in Manchester, GB.
• Experience with ADP and/or SAP systems is highly desirable.
