What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for international regions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Oversee compliance requirements, including semi-annual training and probation reviews.
  • Administer HR initiatives including performance management, promotion cycles, and job changes.
  • Analyze data trends such as turnover and eNPS to inform business decisions.
  • Spearhead the use of AI tools within HR to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4+ years of full-cycle HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regional employee benefits and employment regulations in EMEA or APAC.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Manchester, UK office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Active HR Certification.
  • Experience practicing HR in a global environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of UK, Canada, and U.S. law.
  • Experience working with UKG Pro, Lattice, or ServiceNow.
