Salary: $113,000–$188,000 annually.

What you will do

• Plan and conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing with diverse user groups.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, personas, and user journeys.
• Lead UX and UI efforts for complex, high-visibility applications.
• Define and maintain design systems and component libraries in collaboration with engineering.
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate user flows and concepts.
• Produce high-fidelity UI designs that meet accessibility standards and government guidelines.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance (TS/SCI with polygraph) required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Demonstrated experience in UX research, analysis, and synthesis.
• Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Must be willing to work onsite full time in McLean, VA.
