What you will do

• Lead design planning and execution of high-performance mixed-signal ICs across all design facets.
• Drive accountability and solve problems to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines within budget.
• Manage end-to-end project planning for mixed-signal audio products.
• Interface between engineering teams, management, product marketing, and key customers.
• Develop and deploy standard methodologies to improve program efficiency and repeatability.
• Champion continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned into future projects.

Requirements

• BS in EE with 10+ years, MS with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years of technical project leadership experience.
• Professional experience in the design of semiconductors and integrated circuits.
• Thorough understanding of silicon development processes.
• Basic knowledge of analog and digital design flows.
• Strong program management fundamentals and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to access technical data without an export license; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with program management tools such as MS Project.
• Experience with full product development cycles from concept to production.
