What you will do

• Support and manage 3-5 service/repair routes to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Conduct job site visits and quality audits to verify work efficiency.
• Coordinate material ordering for service and repairs in collaboration with mechanics.
• Analyze accounting reports to review callbacks and provide data-driven feedback to management.
• Lead safety training and conduct job site safety audits.
• Provide technical input and labor/material cost calculations for repair bids.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience in branch-level departmental management.
• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Ability to write professional reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical instructions, diagrams, and mathematical data.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in the Los Angeles, CA area.
