What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Respond to on-demand staff requests, event set-ups, and emergency calls.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and assist with facility inspections.
• Manage inventory and oversee emergency evacuations during safety events.
• Repair and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain grounds and operate large equipment for upkeep and snow removal.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical skills.
• Ability to lift or move heavy equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Yonkers, NY.

Nice to have
