What you will do
- Lead all pre-sales activities associated with sales opportunities within the Federal Civilian market.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and execute POV/POC cycles to obtain technical wins.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in IT Security, IT Operations, and ITSM to illustrate high-value use cases.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive the business value of the Platform.
- Complete technical questionnaires, security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs according to Federal requirements.
- Support lead qualification and participate in webinars, marketing events, and trade shows.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience selling into Federal Civilian Agencies with notable success.
- Deep functional understanding of current Federal industry security standards and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with senior executives and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Based on the US East Coast or in Boston.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with End User Computing (EUC) environments.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) or Security/Governance/Risk/Compliance (GRC).
