Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 per year + 30% variable compensation

What you will do
- Define and execute the technical sales strategy for the Voice of Customer (VOC) product line.
- Translate product capabilities into compelling market-facing value propositions and sales tools.
- Scale field expertise by designing and delivering training programs and workshops for the SE team.
- Develop cutting-edge product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to illustrate technical superiority.
- Act as the senior VOC expert in complex strategic sales cycles, providing technical validation for executive buyers.
- Maintain a repository of high-quality sales assets, including master decks and competitive positioning guides.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in the Voice of Customer (VOC) industry.
- 5+ years in a Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales technical role with a track record of overachieving revenue targets.
- Prior leadership or mentorship experience within a Sales Engineering organization.
- Experience collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to execute GTM plans.
- Ability to travel 25% predominantly within the US and occasionally abroad.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
